Refund policy

1. All Ecoware products constitute disposable, food-grade packaging. Therefore, for hygiene reasons, our products are not eligible for returns.

2. Then only exception to the above is in the unlikely event that your ordered products arrive damaged, incorrect or incomplete. In this case, please email us a photo of the said products to enquiry@ecoware.in within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order.

3. Upon receipt of your email and upon investigation the issue, we will authorize the return of your order. We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

4. We aim to process all returns within five (5) calendar days from the receipt of your notification email. All returns are subject to our discretion.
