Digital & Performance Marketing Manager, New Delhi

Responsibilities

1. Develop, execute and manage digital marketing and advertisement campaigns across our website, social media and email platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.) to pan-India sales.
   

2. Generate qualified leads for business development team while adhering to strict budgets

3. Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports on marketing campaign performance. Candidate needs to provide intelligent insight in weekly meetings about digital strategy and effectiveness of any campaign including usage of spends (super important!)
   

4. Updating website as per Google page insights to make page loading more efficient across desktop and mobile platforms
   

5. Ensuring website performance

6. Google Analytics monitoring and report generating

7. E-marketplaces management including Amazon, Flipkart and own website

8. Shopify website core update, plugins update and theme update. Candidate will create and lead any content update to make the website more user friendly and attractive. This includes writing Blogs, product descriptions, etc.
   

9. Link Monitoring


10. Data-based digital marketing consultation

11. Migration and management of website on hosting platforms

12. Devise & Implement strategies to drive online traffic to own website via SEO best practices. 
    

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required

2. At least 4 years’ experience in B2C digital operations and marketing

3. Proven track record of successful social media metrics for past employees/clients

4. Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices

5. Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO

6. Self-starter and ability to work independently

7. Take ownership of all tasks and be accountable for the same. Does not need constant supervision.
   

8. Clear, concise and transparent communication skills
